As an expert in joint pain and muscle pain I'm often asked for tips and advice about back pain and how to treat it.
Back pain is a huge problem in society nowadays and many thousands of us struggle with it every day - myself included I hasten to add.
But what's the best way to heal your back?
Should you just keep struggling on with a constant ache that stops you from enjoying your life?
